Outer Banks Real Estate Market Weekly Update – Week Ending 1/23/2022
The number of units sold is down a bit from last week. One thing to remember is the amount of time it takes to get from under contract to sold status is still 45 to 60 days. So don’t think the market is slowing!
The number under contract is up for this week compared to the previous week. Active inventory remains at historic lows.
